What is the delivery time for my order?
Most packages arrive faster in the Netherlands! Normally, you will receive your package within 10 working days.
What should I do if I have not received my order yet?
If this period has passed and you still have not received anything, please send an email to mmrj.ecommerce@gmail.com. We would be happy to investigate what is going on with your package.
I want to exchange or return my order, how do I do this?
To return an item, simply contact our customer service at mmrj.ecommerce@gmail.com. Please include your name, the order number (e.g. #0000) from the confirmation email, and the reason for the return. We will send you the return address and confirm the return. You can then return the product using a courier of your choice.
What are the return costs?
Unfortunately, return shipments are at your own expense. Costs vary depending on the chosen courier. Please consult the website of the relevant courier for rates.
What are the conditions for returning my product(s)?
You always have a 14-day return period. The return period starts on the day you receive the item.
The following conditions apply:
- The return period has not expired
- The product is in its original packaging and all labels are still attached
- The product is unused
